Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We ship within the United States via USPS and cannot accommodate PO Box addresses at this time. For alternate delivery options, please contact our customer service team at hello@weirdpet.us or 845-320-3919.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing Times
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that orders received after 3pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping and processing times exclude weekends and holidays. For specific delivery timeframes, contact us at hello@weirdpet.us or 845-320-3919.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Refused packages are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Pricing & Tax
Prices displayed do not include sales tax. Tax will be applied only to orders shipping to New York.
Liability
Weird Pet cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), or for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the original sender. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defect Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, we will accept it for exchange and cover return shipping costs.
To report a defect, email hello@weirdpet.us within 48 days of delivery with:
- Photo proof of the defect
- Brief description of the damage
- Your contact information
Once approved, you'll receive an RA (Return Authorization) number to include in your return package.
A prepaid label will be provided for approved returns and sent via email.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached free of stains, deodorant, odors, and pet hair. Weird Pet reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions. Refused returns will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund or exchange will be granted.
Final Sale Items
All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Completing a purchase = agreeing to this policy. Chargebacks/disputes will be handled under these terms.
Special Offers
We reserve the right to modify the terms or duration of any promotional offers or sales.
